We stayed at this Hyatt Regency for one night of my birthday trip and had a fabulous experience! We upgraded to the Regency suite, and it was one of the most spacious and luxurious hotel experiences I have ever had! The bathroom was gorgeous, the bedroom and bed were comfortable, the walk-in closet was large and the family room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the water! The staff was friendly, competent, and generous! Because of jet lag, I woke up hours before my husband and I was able to close off the doors to the bedroom, and shower and get ready for the day in the bathroom and then spend some time in the family room while my husband slept. I feel like Hyatt thought of every little perfect detail with this hotel! I could not have loved this hotel experience more and would highly recommend it to anyone! I hope to be back!

Amazing hotel ar top location, spa was great, breakfast as well. Great experience in general. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back for sure.

We came because of the wellness and to relax over the winter weekend. It is a very nice hotel, but for such a big hotel (over 130 rooms), the spa is very small and does not have enough sunbeds - only 4 by the indoor pool, a few (max 10) sitting sofas, and the area for relaxation is also very small. Everything is very nice, but small, and you do not feel comfortable at the end of the story. Also, the towels were all over the floor, and in the area where the saunas and cold plunge are, people were leaving towels on the "beds," so no one could use them. We have noticed there are just a few towel hangers, which is a problem since everything looks too messy. The area where the tea and fruit were was full of dirty dishes.... In general, we were satisfied, but expected more from 5 star hotel.

Well. Where do we start? This is a brand new hotel which still has the smell of shiny newness that lifts the spirits. Only 15 minutes drive from Zadar airport it’s a clean, modern and quite luxurious repurposing of what was once a drinks factory. 130 plus rooms, restaurants, spa, inside/outside pool and conference facilities all which still feels quite boutique, friendly and welcoming. Location of the bar and Fenix restaurant are great, both of which overlook the sea and from where you can sit outside and enjoy the setting sun. Over the water is the Old Town best accessed by the diligent rowing boat service (€2) on hand till midnight for the 2 minute journey. Pool area is quite busy and the sun terrace a welcome retreat from the busy sunbeds and DJ (particularly loud on a Verve Cliquot promotion day!!). Food is great and the breakfast staff particularly were fabulously attentive. There are a number of room types. Choose a sea view with balcony. Other options are less aesthetic!! And this is where the star of the show comes in, Daria, on the front desk, who patiently walked us (quite literally) through all the options until we found the one. 431!! Doesn’t disappoint. Daria is also so unswervingly enthusiastic in her customer service. Respect is due. Mention also to her front desk colleagues who were extremely accommodating throughout. Didn’t try the spa but they looked to have all the usual smells and offerings. Superb experience throughout which will live long in the memory.

We stayed in this brand new Hyatt Regency after visiting the Island Dugi Otok. This hotel is brand new and styled with fine moden architecture! All quality, nothing is skipped. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with all you wishes. The pool and spa is great. We come back here. Well done Zadar!

Best hotel in Zadar by far... Great rooms, amnities, breakfast... Hotel is brand new and well maintained! Pool and SPA are also nice!! They are not very big in size, but are very enjoyable! Location of hotel is also great to enjoy the nice view and drinks/cakes on the terrace. Breakfast and dinner were really yummy, whole team was really helpful, polite and professional! Made our stay even more enjoyable. My only suggestion to improve would be to include the Club Lounge like other Hyatt regency hotels have. And please, keep maintaining the hotel well, so it stays on this level for many years.

In één woord samengevat ... Subliem! Hebben ter plaatse nog een extra nacht bijgeboekt. Enkel jammer dat het restaurant niet open was op de t****e avond, omwille van een event. De hapjes in de bar waren lekker, maar kunnen uiteraard niet tippen aan het culinaire genot van The Palmhouse.

Superbe h?tel, très bien placé des commodités, de la vieille ville. Nous avons adoré le batiment, les prestations, la gentillesse du personnel. Karlo parle fran?ais, ?a aide ! Je recommande +++

The hotel was beautiful and full of style – the rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. Daria at the reception was especially lovely – super friendly and helpful, she really made us feel welcome. The spa area was really nice and a perfect place to relax. Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety and high-quality options. Overall, the service was excellent and the whole experience was top-notch. We’ll definitely be coming back!
